Charlotte home prices drop
According to another article published in this week's online Charlotte Business Journal, home prices in the Charlotte region decreased "4.8 percent for the year ended January 31." The data cited is from the Standard & Poor’s/Case-Shiller Home Price Index. Charlotte's dip in home prices was the ninth largest among the U.S. markets studied.
