Canterfield Creek in Marvin, NC

Canterfield Creek is a charming, all-brick neighborhood located in Marvin, NC (Union County) built by the popular builder, Shea Homes. Nestled among picturesque horse farms, this quiet, 100-home community features many desirable amenities for homeowners, including walking trails, lacrosse and soccer fields, and a full-size swimming pool.

Canterfield Creek is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from abundant shopping and dining, golf, and tennis options. Nearby shopping destinations include the Blakeney Shopping Center, the Stonecrest Shopping Center, and the Ballantyne neighborhood of South Charlotte. Local golf courses include The Club at Longview, Firethorne Country Club, and Ballantyne Resort, and the Blakeney Racquet and Swim Club is a popular tennis and swim community.

Low taxes are another draw to Canterfield Creek. Union County and the Village of Marvin are known for lower tax rates than neighboring jurisdictions.

Marvin's big-city neighbor, Charlotte, NC, offers a world-class airport, professional sports teams, cultural events and excellent shopping. It's also only a few hours drive to mountain resorts or beautiful beaches, ideal for weekend getaways. It's no wonder that the Village of Marvin was recently named the number one place to live in North Carolina by a Yahoo! News writer.

Interested in relocating to Canterfield Creek? Contact Gina Lorenzo at Your Property People, Inc. at 704-575-7605 or gina@yourpropertypeople.com for more information on the community, the great schools, and homes for sale. We also offer a free Marvin Community Guide for prospective home buyers.
