Here's a new article from the Charlotte Observer about strong outside investor interest in Charlotte-area residential real estate. We've seen this activity first-hand. This could be a plus for sellers of properties that fit certain criteria!

June Update

Our busy season has continued through June, and things seem to be really heating up in South Charlotte and Marvin, NC!
