Update: Our Home Sales in the Charlotte Region

Time to update the blog! We've had a very busy fall season. Traditionally, the fall and early winter is the slower part of the sales cycle for residential real estate. However, our sales are still going strong! In fact, home sales in the Charlotte region have been categorized as "robust" for November, with sales up 35% over the same month last year. (See more from the Charlotte Observer.)

Here's a wrap-up of our activity since our last post at the end of November (just three weeks ago):

* On the "buy side," we represented buyers in the final sale of homes in Monroe and Matthews, NC, put two homes in Waxhaw under contract, and have visited numerous homes and submitted offers. More home sales on the buy side to announce soon!

* We represented sellers on the sale of their homes in Charlotte and Waxhaw, and earned two new listings in the South Charlotte area.

* We've actively put together marketing materials for the sale of homes in Elysian Fields, a new custom development in Marvin by Robert Epps Custom Homes.
